Back on My Feet is in search of ways to help increase the retention rate of their volunteers and implementing ways to increase donations. Back on my feet can implement the researched and analyzed strategies provided in this report to achieve these go ... als. The recommendation report will overall provide findings on how to increase retention among volunteers. The report will identify the findings in the analysis and the information covered in the analysis includes, what helps motivate people to volunteer which is connected to job satisfaction, volunteer management and how it increases retention rates and the effectiveness of incentives. Back on My Feet also wanted knowledge about how to increase donations and there is a dedicated section about increasing donations through social media. Read more
